1. Processing & Delivery
Processing Time: Once your order is received, it will be prepared and handed over to the shipping provider within 1 to 3 business days.
Daily Cut-off: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed starting the next business day.
Delivery within Riyadh: Expect delivery within a maximum of 3 business days after handover.
Delivery (Rest of KSA): The shipping company typically delivers within 7 business days after handover.
Tracking: You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
2. International Shipping (Gulf Countries)
We are pleased to offer shipping to our neighbors in the Gulf.
Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Nafah Atyab Al-Oud Company is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange or return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once this 7-day period has passed.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:
Natural Oud: You must return the entire quantity. A maximum of 3 grams is allowed for testing purposes; if more is consumed, the return will not be accepted.
Condition: Packaging and non-Oud items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Proof of Purchase: An invoice is mandatory for all in-store or online returns/exchanges.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Dehen Oud / Oud Oils (due to the nature of the product).
Customized or personalized products.
Branded packaging items.
Final Sale/Clearance items.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us via email.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Faulty/Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, Nafah Atyab Al-Oud Company will cover all return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For standard returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
